“Serve the Lord with gladness, come into His presence with singing” Psalm 100:2. As I have gone about living out the calling of a worship leader and songwriter, this verse has guided me. I am currently the Worship Pastor at Living Faith Church in Prescott Valley, Arizona. I have been involved in worship ministry for five years. I am happily married to the love of my life and high school sweetheart, Katie Petkovich. 

             

      Over the years, my family moved to many different cities, spending most of our time in Colorado Springs and Prescott, Arizona. An esteemed Worship Arts program at Grand Canyon University attracted me to Phoenix, and it was there my ministry journey truly began. The amazing worship and songwriting community in the Phoenix area provided a lot of opportunities for development. More importantly, this is where I began to fully understand the role of a Worship Pastor.

 

     I quickly learned that facilitating musical excellence is not the only responsibility a Worship Pastor has. I began to take joy in the discipleship and pastoral side of my calling as well as the creative! It was when I got hired as the Worship Pastor at living Faith Church that I really began to apply these things that I was passionate about. I began to see the importance of community and discipleship in the building of a healthy worship culture. I saw my team and congregation grow and become more united each week!

    I am very excited for the things to come! I am passionate about the Gospel and desire to see the Kingdom of God further established. I aim to be faithful to where he calls me, and am excited to see how he uses my family and I to help spread His good news!
